The 238-sq-in griddle plate is machine cast with a durable and elegant ceramic-titanium coating. It has a clean-catch, low profile, rear grease management system. The entire grease cup is dishwasher safe making cleanup simple. You can rotate and remove the E-Series hood for ease of use. Control the temperature with the EZ-Touch control dial and the large LCD Display.
