Great question! Coach Jasmine recommends that if you or your child has not been active before or in a while, at least 2-3days/week is the perfect place to start! We offer a variety of plans, so you can find the perfect fit for your child + family’s schedule.
YES! This is required. We are very high in demand, and want to make sure we are accepting those who are able to fully commit to showing up for 12 weeks. This also is the perfect time to see a true transformation physically/emotionally and have a solid habit/routine built.
The cancellation fee is equivalent to 1 month of training depending on your plan. If it is an emergency, Head Coach Jasmine will be happy to do everything she can to help + accommodate as she sees fit/appropriate.
Not unless you want to! Pay upfront or we offer a monthly payment plan.
Comfortable + appropriate clothing. Water bottles are a plus but Coach always has water just in case! NO sandals, slippers (slip on shoes i.e. vans are ok usually), jeans, jean shorts, khakis, skirts (unless tennis/or has shorts underneath).
Fortunately, we offer classes 5 days a week! As long as it is a MINIMUM of a 24 hour cancellation (our policy) your child is welcome to make it up in another class if Coach is notified in advance. If you DO NOT cancel in a timely manner, that class is unfortunately forfeited and will not be credited unless it’s an emergency. Contact Coach Jasmine directly.
Rae of Hope Fitness Assoc. LLC’s youth fitness programs approximately run once per quarter (with 1-2 week break in between sessions) unless other wise specified. Workout classes are 1 hour in length offered 5 times a week, Monday-Friday.
While we love our little’s that come workout with us, we are NOT a day care facility and do not accept daycare/child care specific payments.
Charter schools or private organization funding, please email + directly inquire about payment and cost!
